Our goods are sold under ready stock or pre-order. Ready Stock: Once receive confirmation and payment from customer, goods will be shipped within 3 working days prior to goods availability. Pre-order: Once orders and payment are receive from customers, goods will be delivered after mention dateline within 7-14 working days. ** Customers will be given tracking waybill to trace goods status and when goods will be expected to arrive.

⒈ Bank in / transfer to my CIMB account / banking via cash deposit machine. ( account numbers & name will be given once you are comfirm. )

① We will refund you the money / amount if the stock you’ve order are sold out / out of stock.
② Please do not order if you are wondering the real stock & the picture color, cutting problem.
③ Item shall not returns / exchange for : cant wear, too small, too big, small dirt, not in expected ,colour not same as pic … If you cant accept these, we don’t suggest you to drop your order.
④We will not responsible for any damage / lost while courier the stock from us, all stock we have packed well before sending out.
⑤ Sometime we will have the temporary shortage of stock, because all the goods are shipped from abroad, sometimes our stock has been delayed, And companies will inevitably be revised in some goods, if you cannot accept, pls do not order to avoid unpleasant incidents.
⑥ Please reply to us your ordering & confirmation. Buyer shall do transfer / banking the amount within 3 days to avoid any service interruption. Or else we will sell to others the product & do cancelling of your order or reservation at the moment.
⑦ Pricing is NOT include postage, because our postage is only 1 standard rate, no EXTRA charge for buying bulk.( pls refer below the charging rates↓ )

1. Can the prices be discounted? A: Sorry, our shop is providing the best price and we do not accept bargain!
2. Is the price inclusive of postage? A: Price stated do not include postage, unless indicated free postage.
3. Can the postage fee be reduced / free? A: The cost of courier charges is fixed by courier service.
4. Do you accept COD (Cash on Delivery) ? A: Yes. Only at Klang Area. Please pm Admin to confirm time and date.
